Review and edit your Solocial approval queue

In Approvals, editing changes the selected platform's version. Approve all platforms approves the post across its platform versions. Keep that difference in mind: a correction made on one tab is not a correction to every version.

Before relying on the queue for individual review, check whether automatic publishing is enabled for your brand. The controls for that are explained below.

Open the post and check every version you intend to publish

Select the post in Approvals. Read the copy, inspect any image or video, and check the scheduled slot. Move through the platform versions rather than reviewing only the first one shown.

Look for errors that change the meaning: an outdated price, an offer without its restriction, a screenshot of a feature that is not available, or a link that goes somewhere different from what the post promises. A shorter platform version still needs the qualification that makes its claim accurate.

If a post is still being prepared, wait for its preview before approving. A progress display is not the finished content.

Edit the platform that needs the correction

Choose the relevant platform, select Edit this platform, change the text and choose Save edits. Check the saved result before moving on.

Repeat for other versions that need the same factual correction. Saving edits applies to the selected platform. It does not approve the post.

Pay attention to the save message. Solocial can save text while showing a warning about a requirement the text does not meet. Resolve the warning before treating the version as ready. If saving fails, keep a copy of your correction and try again after addressing the error.

Choose what should happen next

Rejection choices include Not relevant, Wrong voice, Bad take, Not now and Duplicate. Choose the reason that describes the problem. Rejection is not a way to move a post to another date.

Approval is not proof of successful delivery. After the scheduled time, check the post in Calendar. A post can reach one platform while another delivery fails. If that happens, use publishing troubleshooting.

Know when individual review can be bypassed

Under Brand → Earned autonomy, tasks can show Draft + approve or Autonomous. Automatic drafting and automatic publishing are separate choices. Enabling drafting does not by itself mean you have chosen unattended publishing.

Turning on automatic publishing requires a separate confirmation: type PUBLISH, then choose Turn on auto-post. When active, this gives Solocial permission to publish eligible posts without waiting for you to approve each one. It does not guarantee that every draft will pass checks or be delivered.

The platform can also have automatic publishing switched off. If Solocial says your preference was saved but unattended publishing is unavailable, treat the setting as a saved preference, not proof that automatic publishing is running.

If you want to review posts individually, use Turn off for automatic publishing. Turning it off does not undo posts that have already gone out. Check Calendar for work already approved or in progress instead of assuming it has been canceled.

When an action is unavailable

Read the message associated with the action. A post may no longer be pending, required platform settings may be incomplete, or account and plan conditions may prevent publishing. For a TikTok version, complete any required audience or content settings shown before attempting approval.

Do not use Post now to work around a failed approval. Resolve the reported issue, then choose the timing you actually intend. If a publishing window has expired, review the current plan options; changing the draft's wording will not restore publishing access.
